  1. Journey (8-week course)

Description:  Vive Discipleship 101 (8-Week) Course is a foundational course designed to guide believers on their journey of spiritual growth and commitment to a life of discipleship. This course is one of four courses aimed to provide Christians with a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of Christian discipleship, equipping them to live out their faith in a meaningful and transformative way. Throughout the class, participants delve into the core teachings of Jesus Christ, exploring topics such as the importance of prayer, studying the Bible, and cultivating a deep relationship with God.

  1. Married for Life- Laugh your way to a better marriage - 8-weeks (1st meeting is January 19)

Leaders: Randy and Robin Knechtel

Description: Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage by Mark Gungor is a practical and humorous guide that helps couples navigate the complexities of marriage with insights into communication, intimacy, and the differences between men and women. Combining relatable stories and actionable advice, Gungor empowers couples to strengthen their relationship while enjoying the process.

Description: What makes us tick? What is our unique spiritual code that shapes how we partner with the Father in his work? Join us for this 8-week small group and become an active member in the VIVE family.

 

  1. Why does Jesus matter? (8-week course) (1st meeting is January 22)

Day/Venue: Wednesday @ VIVE Church

Description: This study explores the profound question, “Why does Jesus matter?” It delves into who Jesus is, why He came, and the significance of His words and actions. By examining the life-changing impact Jesus had—and continues to have—on the world, this study will guide you to discover how Jesus can transform your life and deepen your faith. Why is this study so critical and why should you attend? Because it addresses the foundational question of Jesus’ significance in a time when people are searching for meaning, hope, and truth. In an age of uncertainty, moral confusion, and spiritual hunger, understanding who Jesus is and why He matters brings clarity and direction.

Description: Are you passionate about building a thriving business while honoring God in your financial practices? Join Kingdom Business, a small group designed for business-minded individuals who desire to align their business decisions with biblical principles. In this group, we’ll explore how to steward finances wisely, grow businesses with integrity, and create lasting impact for God’s Kingdom. Through Scripture-based discussions, practical strategies, and shared experiences, you’ll learn how to: Develop a Kingdom mindset for wealth and resource management; Apply biblical principles to budgeting, investing, and giving; Cultivate ethical business practices that reflect God’s character; Network with like-minded individuals to grow spiritually and professionally.   1. Bait of Satan (8-week course) (1st meeting is January 22)

Leaders: Rich and Donna Porter

Day/Venue: Wednesday @ the Porter residence

Time: 6:30 pm

Description: This 8-week study will expose one of the most deceptive snares that Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God - offense. Although we all will encounter offense, we have the choice of how to react. We will look at what God's Word says, learning how to identify the enemy's traps and escape from them. We will use John Bevere's book “The Bait of Satan “and its accompanying study materials. It's time to walk free in this area with the Lord's help!
