Biggest Loser competition registration and Fitness screening
January 7th 9AM – 2 PM
ATTENTION!!!! If you are joining the Biggest Loser competition you must have a fitness screening completed by our team of nurses and trainers. If you can not make it Saturday 7th we will have the last opportunity for fitness screening Sunday Jan. 8th @ 12:30.
Weekly Fitness Challenges and Biggest Loser Team work out
Biggest Loser will work like this:
Registration and Fitness Screening will take place Saturday 7th
Each registered person will be assigned to a team (you can request to be with other people on your team) we will try to accommodate
On the following Saturdays there will be a weigh in and team fitness challenges (Saturday 14th, 21st, 28th, February 4th, 11th)
Prizes will be awarded each week to the team that wins the fitness challenge
The “cash pot” will be awarded to the overall biggest loser on Sunday February 12th
